Ashton Carter and Carter’s Magical Events is a sole trader business that provides professional and quality entertainment through magic, theatre and immersive events. We are a small business and committed to treating your personal data with the same respect we want our own personal information treated. To provide you with the high quality service we pride ourselves on, it is necessary to collect and use some data.
This privacy policy sets out how we manage and use your data to enable us to provide you with the services you have requested and to administer and run the business. Your data is stored securely and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We never sell your information to third parties.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) requires us to keep records of contracts, payments and invoices for 7 years. We will therefore normally hold information of any contracts for this long.
